A bit about the Vatos
| the Guild
| Brotherhood of the Vatos was started by Geronimo in February 2005 and is the oldest still active guild on the alliance stormrage server. Slowly but steadily we grew out to be an easy going questing guild that helped the early ones in this game to level up. In July 2005 we were proud to say we had 75 members. After the summer holiday where the guild masters Geronimo and Pacoloco were offline for one month almost all the members left to seek out the high level guilds. From there we started inviting some decent mature players which helped building the guild back up. Before we knew we had reached 100 members and kept growing. Our current Generals were invited between September 2005 and February 2006 and this steady group of loyal members made sure there was a tight co-operation between each single member and we helped each other reach 60 and gear up to get ready for the high level instances ourselves. The heart of the guild was formed by five members who call themselves AKU and they made sure the guild kept its friendly nature while preparing for some more professional attitude. today we have 275 members which get their action in ZG/AQ/Onyxia/MC/BWL and slowly get ready for the expansion ( Burning Crusade ) coming out January 16th.
edit: currently we are raiding Karazhan and Zul Aman with three teams (team Vatos, Locos and Desperados) and have a weekly 25 man raid in Gruuls Lair and one in SerpentShrine Caverns... |

| the Co-operation
| | Since start of 2006 we formed an alliance with two other Guilds in stormrage who have an equal amount of decent players with the same attitude as Vatos. These guilds, being Order of Ages led by Aldarin and Absolute Vikings led by Jessican. At first we got the guilds closer together to be able to form a team able to do Molten Core. From there we grew bigger, stronger and better untill we had two teams in the co-op. team 1 cleared Black Wing Lair up untill Nefarion itself and team 2 completed Molten Core up untill Ragnaros and killed Onyxia. After the Burning Crusade came out we helped eachother in quests while leveling up to lvl 70. Nowadays all three guilds outgrew the need of a co-orperation and raid individually but maintain the friendship and still help out in quests when needed. |

| the Ranks
| | Our guild is built up in ranks. Newcomers in our guild will get a Trial membership, this can be transferred into the rank of Soldier after mutual acceptance, after Soldier we have the Sergeants and Master Sergeants. The explanation of ranks can be found on our forum. Above the sergeants we have our Veterans and Generals. Our current Generals are Sagan, Vinni, Bartholomus, Jorana, Kynki, Howlindawg, Blessen, Irredeemable and Weeredbeardy. We have one Master General called Geronimo & the Guild Master of the Vatos is Arnoeld. |

| | If you are interested in joining the Vatos there is an application form on our forum. If you get invited you will start as Trial as told above. You will not have excess to our Guild Bank and you cannot raid with team 1. Prove yourself worthy of being called a Vatos by joining in 5 man instances, be active in Guild Chat and be helpful and friendly to other guildys. If you get promoted to Soldier the way in Azeroth is paved for you...
